PJ Development Holdings Bhd (PJDH) will be launching  more high-end development projects by the fourth quarter of this year to exploit its land bank in the Klang Valley.

"The move from medium to high range property development is to exploit our land bank in Klang Valley. We hope to generate as much revenue from this shift," a company executive, who wished to remain anonymous, told Mail Money yesterday.

PJDH, which owns the Swiss Garden and Swiss Inn Hotels, is also looking into increasing its range of resort and recreational bungalows by the second quarter of next year.

This will be done via the launching of more high-end development of holiday apartments and bungalow lots in Damai Laut, Lumut.

It is also understood that PJDH has some on-going mixed development works in Butterworth, residential development in Sungai Petani, Kedah and condominium development in Sri Hartamas and Bukit Antarabangsa.

Earthworks on the Sri Hartamas condominium development has commenced and the project is expected to generate a development value of RM600 million over five years.
