SOON Tiek Development Sdn Bhd has seen brisk sales of its recently launched Endah Puri Condominium, with 70% of the total 292 units snapped up.

Endah Puri Condominium is managed by PJD Management Services Sdn Bhd, a wholly owned subsidiary of PJ Development Holdings Bhd (PJD).

PJD Management Services senior general manager Lim Lian Seng said Endah Puri, which was Soon Tiek's final condominium development in Bandar Baru Sri Petaling after projects like Endah Ria, Endah Villa and Endah Regal, had attracted both enthusiastic home seekers and real estate investors.

"As the final project, it is undoubtedly the best of the series as an intelligent 'home' for the contemporary era," he told StarBiz in Seri Petaling.

Endah Puri is built on a 3-acre prime land and meticulously designed into two condominium blocks of 20 storeys and 16 storeys.

Lim said the project was easily accessible via four highways and located near the Southern Klang Valley transportation hub in Tasik Selatan.

"The condominium features modern amenities such as broadband Internet and wireless Internet hot spots. It is a walking distance to Endah Parade/Carrefour shopping complex, Bukit Jalil LRT station, and the National Sports Complex."

The new proposed exit and entrance link road to Sri Petaling via the KL-Seremban Highway, slip road to Kesas Highway towards Kuala Lumpur and Kuchai Lama Link Road (to be opened soon) will further enhance accessibility to Sri Petaling.

Among the 292 total units of Endah Puri Condominium, there are seven unique designs ranging from 960 to 1,541 sq ft in built-up area. The selling price starts from RM190,700. Each owner will be allocated two covered car park bays for any unit above 1,000 sq ft, exclusive recreational facilities: split-level swimming pool, cascading wading pool, children's playground, gymnasium, jogging tracks and walkways. A few privileged unit owners can even enjoy the exclusivity of having their "stargazing" rooftop gardens.
